"On a beautiful, misty Vermont morning, Danielle and I set out on my enby dryad fantasy shoot at Lye Brook Falls. From the moment we had our first consultation call through weeks of dreaming and planning, Pinterest-ing back and forth, wardrobe brainstorming, to the excited messages as the shoot date arrived, Danielle was such a supportive, professional, and lovely person to create with.


She has a gift of making you feel seen, and her curiosity and enthusiasm for her work is contagious. Throughout the hike on the day of the shoot, Danielle always made sure I felt safe and comfortable, especially as there were other hikers out on the trail while we were shooting; and you will find no better hype woman behind the lens than her.

Meet Your Storyteller

Hey there! I’m Danielle—a Vermont-based fantasy photographer and visual storyteller. I’m here to help you step outside the ordinary and create imagery that feels like it came from a forgotten folktale.


As a 6th-generation Vermonter (there’s maple syrup in my veins, I swear), the forests, mountains, and quiet wild places of this state inspire my life and work. The landscapes here feel ancient and full of stories, and they are an important character in the tales we create.


For me, fantasy photography isn’t about costumes or escapism—it’s about storytelling. It’s about exploring archetypes, imagination, and the parts of ourselves that feel a little larger than everyday life. Together, we’ll craft a concept that reflects something meaningful to you, whether that’s stepping into a mythic character, embodying a piece of folklore, or creating a visual story entirely your own.
